What time are check-in and checkout?
Check-in is after 4 PM and checkout is before 11 AM. Check-in is self-service with a smart lock, and your digital code arrives before you do. A short HOA form is required, and early check-in or luggage drop-off can be arranged in advance.
How many guests are allowed, and are pets welcome?
The condo sleeps a maximum of 8 guests across 3 bedrooms. The building HOA does not allow animals, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Parties are not allowed, and music goes off by 10 PM.
Is there parking?
Yes. There are two dedicated spaces, one for a car and one for a golf cart with charging, for 4-passenger electric carts. Gas carts, ATVs, and motorcycles use the larger lower lot. Street parking is also available.
What is on the rooftop?
The shared rooftop has a heated infinity pool open from 8 AM to 10 PM, plus a BBQ grill, an outdoor kitchen, seating and dining areas, and a yoga space. No glass is allowed in the pool area.
